FROM M6 SOUTH

• Take M55 turn off at junction 32 which will be signposted M55/Blackpool.
• Follow M55 towards Blackpool, get off at junction 3 and follow A585 towards Fleetwood.
• Continue on A585 until you come to a set of lights at a crossroad, you turn left onto A585/586, also signposted Poulton Le Fylde, Fleetwood.
• Stay on this until the next set of lights, take the right fork at these lights (Shell garage in front of you).
• Continue till next set of lights and turn right onto the A588 - this will take you over the Shard Bridge, towards Hambleton and Knott End.

• Go over the bridge and at mini roundabout take the first turn off towards Hambleton (don't follow Out Rawcliffe sign).
• Turn right after the Texaco garage and Spar complex.
• Follow this road through Hambleton Village, past two churches and a primary school, through a series of bends and into a country area, at the first T-junction turn right and follow this road for 1/2 mile and you will see the clinic on the left hand side.

FROM M6 NORTH

• Leave at junction 33 signposted Garstang at the roundabout at the top of the slip road turn left onto the A6 towards Garstang.
• Continue on the A6 heading south for approx 5 miles.
• Pass straight through the traffic lights at Garstang, over the canal bridge until you see a pub on the right hand side called 'The Bellflower'.  Turn right before the pub onto Longmoor Lane.
• Continue through Nateby and on to Moss Edge for approx 3 miles, at the T-junction turn left onto Lancaster Road.
• Take the next right onto Crook Gate Lane towards Out Rawcliffe.
• Continue into Out Rawcliffe and turn right at the T-junction onto Chapel Lane and you will see the clinic on the right hand side.

NOTE: If using a SatNav system please check the map too! Some systems have taken clients to Chapel Lane in South Preston.
